At short notice (within a day) we needed help with the transport of our dog to a boarding house in Belgium. Mario thought along with us, was ready for us and was at our home at the agreed time. He has a nice, calm appearance and clearly a lot of experience with and love for animals. He took the time to get our dog calmly into the bus and once on location the dog was handed over to the boarding house, he immediately contacted us to report on the journey and transfer. All in all a very good experience from start to finish with Dierentaxi Westland.

What Mario can do with animals is very special. Our cat could actually no longer be transported by car because of the stress it caused her. But in Mario's bus it went great, the cat was relaxed and was completely herself after arrival. It is very nice that Mario can give animals such good and relaxed transport. It also seemed to be the case that it is mainly the experience and calming attitude of Mario himself that makes it so pleasant for the animals. Although the well-equipped bus also helps of course. All in all, we can recommend this company to everyone, especially when the animal experiences stress during transport.

Great service from Mario! He drove our two doodles from Amsterdam to Italy without any problems. He was perfectly on time for pick up and delivered them safely with a few updates including photos along the way. The dogs were happy and I saw no signs of stress or anxiety. Highly recommend and would definitely use Mario again when needed.
